Ankai Automation builds control and sensing systems for the conditions Indian plants actually run in — heat, dust, unstable supply and mixed-vendor equipment accumulated over decades.

Which PLC brands do you integrate?
We are multi-brand integrators for Siemens S7-1200 and S7-1500, Rockwell CompactLogix, Delta and Mitsubishi. We also bridge legacy equipment through Modbus RTU, RS485, PROFIBUS, PROFINET and CANBus into MQTT and OPC UA for cloud reporting.
Can you connect old machines to the cloud without replacing them?
Yes. Brownfield retrofitting is one of our core services. Our IoT edge gateways read signals from legacy machinery over Modbus RTU, RS485 or CANBus and republish them as standard MQTT/JSON payloads, so existing machines report OEE data without being replaced.

Do you provide annual maintenance contracts?
Yes. We offer AMC cover with defined SLAs across all products, including two-hour on-site response in the Pune and Chakan automotive belt, preventive maintenance visits, remote diagnostics through our IoT gateways and dedicated spares holding.
What is the Maharashtra Industry 4.0 policy subsidy?
The Maharashtra Industry 4.0 Policy 2025 offers MSMEs up to 50% capital subsidy, capped at ₹25 lakh, for digital technology integration. Our IoT edge gateways and smart control panels qualify, and we generate the digital twin and audit documentation that government auditors require.
