Which control panels does Ankai Automation manufacture in Pune?
PLC control panels, MCC motor control centres, PCC power control centres, VFD drive panels, APFC power factor correction panels, AMF auto mains failure panels and LT distribution boards. All are built in Pune and commissioned on site.
What is the difference between MCC and PCC panels?
A PCC is the main incoming power distribution panel for a facility, handling large busbar currents through ACBs and protection relays. An MCC sits downstream and distributes protected power to individual motors through starters and overload relays.
What enclosure material do you use?
CRCA sheet steel finished with a 7-tank powder coating process. IP rating and internal climate control are specified per site rather than as a house standard, because a panel in an air-conditioned control room and one on a foundry floor are not the same product.
