Every VFD Panel from Ankai Automation is built to a drawing, tested before dispatch and commissioned on site. The scope below is what a standard order includes.
Drive selection
Drives sized to motor duty, starting torque and duty cycle rather than to nameplate kilowatts alone.
Thermal management
Forced ventilation or air conditioning sized to the drive heat load and the local ambient, which is the failure point most often under-specified on Indian sites.
Harmonics
Line reactors or filters where the installation warrants them.
Bypass arrangements
Contactor bypass so a drive fault does not stop the process, where the application allows it.
Built for Indian shop-floor conditions
Enclosures use CRCA sheet steel with a 7-tank powder coating process, specified by the humidity and dust load of the installation. That matters most in coastal and process environments, where untreated steel corrodes within a season.

When is a VFD panel worth the cost?
On variable-torque loads: pumps, fans and blowers, where reducing speed cuts power sharply. On fixed-speed conveyor and compressor duty the saving is smaller and the case rests on controlled starting and reduced mechanical wear instead.
