MCC Panel Manufacturer in Pune
A Motor Control Centre distributes and protects power to the motors on a site. Each motor gets its own feeder compartment with a starter, overload protection and isolation. Ankai Automation builds MCC panels in Pune with compartmentalised feeders for operator safety.

What the build covers
Every MCC Panel from Ankai Automation is built to a drawing, tested before dispatch and commissioned on site. The scope below is what a standard order includes.
Compartmentalised feeders
Each motor circuit is physically isolated, so maintenance on one feeder does not expose an operator to a live busbar.
Intelligent MCC
iMCC relays report motor current, trip cause and fault history upstream over PROFIBUS or Modbus, turning the distribution board into a data source rather than a dumb power path.
Starter types
Direct-on-line, star-delta, soft starter and VFD feeders specified per motor duty.
Enclosure
CRCA sheet steel with a 7-tank powder coating process, specified by site humidity and dust load.
Built for Indian shop-floor conditions
Enclosures use CRCA sheet steel with a 7-tank powder coating process, specified by the humidity and dust load of the installation. That matters most in coastal and process environments, where untreated steel corrodes within a season.
Ankai Automation manufactures in Pune and serves the Chakan, Bhosari, Pimpri-Chinchwad, Talegaon and Ranjangaon belts directly, with regional coverage in Mumbai, Ahmedabad, Delhi NCR and Bengaluru.

Answers
MCC Panel — questions
What is the difference between an MCC and a PCC panel?
A PCC, or Power Control Centre, is the main incoming power distribution panel for a facility, handling large busbar currents through ACBs and protection relays. An MCC, or Motor Control Centre, sits downstream and distributes protected power to individual motors.
What is an intelligent MCC?
An intelligent MCC replaces conventional overload relays with communicating relays that report motor current, trip cause and fault history over PROFIBUS or Modbus. That turns the motor control centre into a live data source and enables predictive maintenance on motor assets.
